JetKVM Mini drops KVM-over-IP to $33 by swapping Linux for an ESP32-P4X microcontroller

Announced September 11, 2026 and shipping October 26, the JetKVM Mini abandons the Linux SoC for an ESP32-P4X with a hardware H.264 encoder, cutting the price to $39 each and $33 per unit in a three-pack. For a homelab, out-of-band access is finally affordable per machine.
